Winks has been a weak link for a few games now, I think he would have been subbed on Saturday if Skipp wasn’t on a yellow and lucky not to get a 2nd one for the foul on the edge of our box…

Rgd winks, class is permanent BUT he ain’t been himself of late so fair point , if he is left out be a wake up call that I’m sure hel take.✌️

Class is permanent? What level are we talking about?
Bit part player for spurs for years choudhuryesc. Then eventually not even that. Plays in serie A for sampdoria & gets relegated with them.
He’s only interested in safe / going nowhere stuff.
 
Winks has been awful all season. It’s definitely time for him to go on the sidelines and work his way back into the team.
With the gargoyle in charge we don’t play in a manner conducive to having an invisible man that plays a few sideways passes. He's just a passenger in this system because he’s lightweight. He often gives a ball away in a dangerous spot then doesn’t recover or try particularly hard to. Reminds me of Andy King. A hologram.

Hmmm so you drop a person who's got 4 assists already this season a bit deeper. Wilf has been one of our better players this season.

True , time will tell ,maybe I’m still impressed with his attitude last season in the 2nd division as I thought he’d come ere with a face like a smacked arse or worse Wesley fofana face, and as feckit wrote he’s been a week link last 2 games ,il watch with hope.
 
I can see why wilf is being played there. Supposedly to win the ball higher up the field. To a degree it works.
However, I’d sooner have Wilf win it a bit deeper then give it to the young Argie and let him do his stuff further up the pitch.
Also, time for Winks to be rested, seems off the pace.
