A team in decline who decimated Liverpool the match previously. Against us who have almost 1/2 our first team injured, and a young kid making his debut at the back.
 
Villa are very good this season, and at the back of last season too, and just having hammered Liverpool their confidence would be sky high.
With all our injuries I was expecting a hefty defeat but in actual fact we were very evenly matched, in the end a little unlucky.
 
I'm fairly happy...still think nacho and Perez are donkey doo and Rodgers really should have brought in a forward...but still fairly happy
