Cancer - what they won't tell you

I learn about diet behind the answer to cancer and many other things 3 1/2 years ago when l was diagnosed with stage 4 and basically on borrowed time. I slung myself into a Ketogenic diet and got rid of it in short time. My oncologist is it bit confused what happened to me, but l don't tell him all I've done.
