Eight episodes, just finished, of shambolic mayhem almost impossible to fathom but who cares?
Spoilers? If I knew a fraction of what was going on in early Roman/Druid Britain a spoiler might be possible but I don't.
Sample dialogue by Druid queen : 'if I get hold of that fucking spear, I'll shove it up your shitter, preferably sideways' or a wretched nobody awaiting execution, 'I could murder a pint'. Life in those days was decidedly iffy which makes great telly.

Summed up perfectly Oadlad, been hooked on this since S1 E1. Great telly indeed.
