Besides Vardy, who would you be upset about

The Leper of the board.
If we sold them today? Personally only selling Heskey and Kante (in recent memory) possibly Joachim, has pissed me off. The rest couldn’t care less about, especially the likes of Maguire, Chilwell, Mahrez, Drinkwater moving onto “Bigger Clubs”

Although it was obviously going to happen I wasn't happy about Mahrez leaving, the most gifted player I've ever seen play for us.

Won't be happy when Ricardo leaves but Timmy Chestnuts should be a more than adequate replacement, and we'll then have another £80m or so to play with.

I’m opposite to that, I don’t think Ricardo’s heart is in it. We’re just a stepping stone like his previous manager has stated. However I’m happy to eat Humble Pie if he scores the FA Cup final winner and signs for life.

Doesn't bother me too much if they treat us as a stepping stone, I don't expect any of the to be fans of the club nowadays, just happy to be entertained by players of their quality for as long as we can hold onto them.

Apart from Vardy I think every decent City has moved on, or at least thats my recollection from mid 60's to now

Can anyone else think of a player who stayed at City when the big clubs came calling?

Therefore I just assume the likes of Ricardo, Maddison etc will eventually move

Won't be upset when the last of The Immortals leaves, but it will be a day for reflection about what was at the time; the greatest sporting moment ever. Of course we will have won Champions League before that happens...

I was devastated when the Doog left. I have put stuff on here about lack of ambition. Hardly applicable in 1968 when we broke the British transfer record to sign Clarke. Who did score a hat trick in his first home game. And did score the goal that took us to the FA cup final. The last one we went to, don't think we have been since.

I will be sorry if Riccy goes, though.

The bastard also said 'looks like you're going down then' before we were relegated which apparently was answered with a smack in the face from John Sjoberg.

The day we were relegated the team returned on the train from Manchester Piccadilly. The older players, plus Clarke, were in one compartment, looking pretty p*ss*-d. The younger players, including Nish and Fern, were in a separate compartment playing cards and appeared to me to be enjoying themselves. That image has been with me for over 50 years. Bear in mind Clarke had been relegated the previous season, too. I personally did not think he let us down, and we would have won the Cup that year had any of the chances created been for Clarke rather than made by Clarke.

Not in same league but I remember being peeved at the departures of Ian Wilson, Gary Mac, and Mark Draper.

Banks, Shilton, truly world class and better than any of the ponces now plying their trade in the premier league.
Also the doog and jimmy goodfellow part of my youth and although not at the club long made a deep impression on a young lad.
