Hey @ArmadaSur I’m pretty good with grounds but I can’t place that on your avatar. Where is it please?

The spire in the background should give it away really but doesn’t.
 
No way is it Exeter, one end there is a standing end much bigger than that and the other I don’t think has a roof, it’s tiny and narrow.
 
I was there too Lonesome, standing though so I wouldn’t have seen this view of the ground. You may be right, they had their new stand to the left of the away end, and what a trip that was.

We were in the Championship that season and that is no Championship ground. As the date is early in the season it must be a League Cup tie or a friendly.

If it is Plainmoor I don’t recall it being Vardy’s first goal for us but it could well be.
 
It is Plainmoor. City fans had the stand behind the goal and a section of the taller stand next to it. I sat in the top row, that was the view.
 
You can even see the 'Sven lookalike' groundsman in front of the stand. He got it ripped out of him royally after the final whistle!

Yes, got the two mixed up – and completely missed the likely City connection! Used to be quite a regular in the 90s. Retain a soft spot for both – imagine some of those long-haul away trips... :(

Daggers, it was Jamie's full debut for us.
1st round of the League Cup.
Jamie scored the fourth goal in a 4 - 0 win, and played the full 90 minutes.
