Anyone care to explain

Since July 2022, when Integrated Care Systems were introduced in the NHS, local authorities sit on the:

  • Board of the Integrated Care Boards (NHS budgeting and commissioning services)
  • Integrated Care Partnerships (wider health, public health and social care needs)
All Councils now have a Health and Wellbeing Board which fits in with this nonsense.

Local councillors are involved in NHS waiting times initiatives.

Ah, nice boy believes that when you switch a vote Labour or Conservative, you're voting for substantive change.
How is the 'not voting' working for you, did it result in any 'substantive change'?
Or did Labour or Conservatives get in regardless?
Sticking it to the man, one 'not vote' at a time.
