Another UEFA Joke

Napoli have been fined 15 grand and have to agree payment with City to repair any damage to the stadium.
Seems fair to me.
City had plenty of warning these were a bunch of caants so how come the police and stewards lost control so easily?
Thats down to City. They were responsible for the security arrangements. And the security arranged was not good enough.
City have got off lightly.

Mrs wints' friends, husband is a copper who was on duty of the night. His view was that City fans started the troubles inside the ground.
