All happend in the PL. The EFL have no Jurisdiction to impose the penalties.

The transfer embargo is just the opening shot, because every fool knows we're losing more than £15m this season, and more than £83m over the most recent three.

I'm not being a twat. We don't go up our assets get sold and the books balance slightly. It's not rocket science. £83 over the previous 3 doesn't matter THE EFL CANT TOUCH US. It's the equivalent of Diplomatic Immunity.

Why is it a £13m limit on losses in the EFL then?? Do you think they can't / won't impose penalties for exceeding that figure??
