No replies. Im a little surprised, given that one mention of the “c” word, and the resident scientists are all over it. Anyone have any facts that I can share with my mate, to make him feel a little better?

Why is it “ill worded”? And, why not bring it up on a board callled, “ Politics, covid and conspiracy theories”. Particularly when a vociferous group will tell anyone who will listen that the whole thing is a bollocks. Now, thats crass.
 
No doubt the resident covidiots will tell your mate his brothers life was worth less than theirs because he was older and had a health issue

Now, Ive never said that I was close to this guy. Ive never met him. But, he is the second,in or related to my circle of friends to die after contracting covid. No ifs or buts, no mysterious Whitehall staffer or eccentric multi trillionaire involved, just purely taken by a force of nature, which you and the tin hatters will deny. Im not saying that the thing has been handled remotely well, nor do I advocate locking the population up and shutting down society to combat it. We have to learn to live with it and except that some will die, but going into stasis will kill and harm more. Fuck me, “Too Cool For School”, mac, even seems to have got himself offended by the thread title, gone snowflake! You couldnt make it up, and Im the one that is “crass”!
