Get the Thais to sell to a local conglomerate of reasonably well off local Leicester city supporters.
Who then form a committee who can make all financial and footballing decisions. Seriously committed people who (Will) make this club a successfully run club that is a template for success and is taken up by others and football is once again returned to the fans.
