Simple economics, if you have one thing that cures something cheaply and its gone for good, never to re-occure you make a little money.
If you sell an expensive "cure" that's not a "cure" but the customer is convinced by you its a "cure" then they think they will be "cured" but they won't and you can keep selling them the same thing over and over again, then you make a million times as much. Its basically the way the (un)health industry sets up and always as.

Do you think when Rockerfeller in the 1930's sold is waste oil as cancer cure and prevention he was thinking of curing people or making Money with lies and deceit ? its never changed, if it ain't bust don't fix it is their motto.
