For those of us lucky enough to enough to be there, we beat PSV in Eindhoven to go into the SF. It seems like 3 light years ago now.
Drinking in the square in the lovely spring sunshine. Trying to avoid dying in that 1970’s corner death pit we were put in at the stadium. Singing ‘Sweet dreams are made of this ……….’ Just wonderful.

Was a great trip. I had a night in Amsterdam where there were a few hundred Leicester in the capital then a great day in Eindhoven before a bit of a delay trying to get into what you rightly said was a potential death trap but all in all a brilliant day & night.
The night after, went to see FC Einhoven (cost 6 euro's) which was good, a few City at that one as well.
 
It was a great trip. We stayed in Rotterdam and travelled to Eindhoven on the day. Both great places … probably wouldn’t have gone to either had it not been for LCFC playing in Europe.

The steepness of the rake in that corner was scary … but fantastic constant support for the team.
 
For some unknown reason the squad stayed after the game and flew home on the Friday. It’s less than an hour’s flight home. Made no sense at all that.
