The fact is that the women's game is well behind the men's in development, due to years of official and social discrimination so will not be to the same standard yet.
When I was a young'un it was expected that England would put a dozen past Spain, Portugal and dozens of other countries for similar reasons. They should stick to bull fighting was just one of the patronising things you would hear.
So it is not a fair comparison. Simple.
