Totally believe this, EFL clubs have been calling for this for a while now.

I am half surprised it hasn't been announced already.
 
All part of the plan to demoralise and piss off ordinary people to such a degree that, whatever 'they' have in store for us in 2021, it won't seem to be so bad.
 
Surprised this hasn't been done yet to be honest, as soon as the Man City game was called off the other day it was inevitable.
