Wolves manager gone

Couldn’t agree more. Wolves themselves were only going one way before they sacked lage & bought him in. He did wonders with a poor side.

We've just bought one those players that couldn't even get into that poor side last season.

Same as when Emery went to Villa. My Villa friend said she sat in despair at every home game with Gerrard managing. Same team and Emery takes them from 16th to Europe!

That bloke is a wet lettuce, reminds me of Rodgers but a least he agreed to go before he got them relegated.

Well its history now, we have to move on with Enzo and hope that he will get us back up and forget the last pathetic year.Hopefully he will get some duffers out the club.

What’s interesting about this is Lopetegui is unhappy the club has not signed anyone new after being under the impression they would do so, and has agreed to part company just before the season opener. They can’t spend much cash as they are at risk of breaching financial fair play rules.

Sound familiar?

Makes me think even more that the price of TCR’s pay off was the sticking point to this whole debacle last season, and that he was demanding the full amount of money due to him, which we couldn’t afford.

Would be interesting to know Wolves, Villa and our League form after the World Cup i.e. from Boxing Day

Guess we will never know but did Rodgers get a full pay off and if so was it reduced when he went back to Celtic?
I suspect that to save face he agreed an amount, which was less than he was contractually entitled but allowed him to take another job without forfeiting any of the money he got from Leicester.
I wonder if his contract has a relegation penalty, where if we went down any compensation would have been reduced. Would have made sense and tested his true belief in himself.

To play in a lower division in a three rather than a four.
Yes, i was just pointing out the irony of him saying wolves were a poor side when others are saying they can't wait for coady to get back as he'll likely be our best CB.
i don't think wolves were that bad, he just organized them and got them out of jail.

Exactly we’ll never know.
