Soyuncu has looked unhappy since his return, and has been awful so far tonight

JV is faacked, Cags awful, Amartey a liability and no depth in the squad at all.
 
Would disagree about vardy tonight. He’s doing things that he did 2+ years back, chasing down & harassing defenders.
Tielemans is by far the worse of our players on that pitch tonight so far. His passing is shocking.
 
Unfortunately in terms of getting moving forward it all depends on Ndidi. When he's at his imperious best he takes 2, 3 strides and we're suddenly between the lines and Tielemans et. al. can play but I don't think he's looked on it for a few weeks and as a result the team as a whole looks laboured and clueless.

There are many worse individual performances out there but Ndidi's which by most standards is ok is the one that hurts us most.

No doubting it’s a tough ask . We’re without JM, HB and JV looks either injured or finished.
Cags struggles without JE to Marshall him and Riccy P is far from back to his best.

It’s a decent win and the very best we can hope for atm but Brighton should have been out of sight and they’re fighting a relegation battle.

Yes the first half very poor, and how many players still not back up to speed, and having to play out of position, but they kept their heads up.
You could always drop in to see spurts when it takes off again!

Banned from yelling out of the windows after upsetting a few nearby the other week, when advising Mrs Filbo down the garden at the top of my voice that we had "Shit on the Villa!" at the final whistle... 😞
