Click to expand... Or, the truth . . . 1. She was employed on the understanding that she was able to wear her chosen clothing subject to hygiene and infection control requirements. 2. The NHS changed their rules and told her to change her clothing after two years working. 3. She challenged this at a tribunal (not suing) and the case got thrown out with the NHS winning. 4. She has appealed. What exactly do you have a problem with here?
