They are frothing at the possibility of Trump winning the election and pardoning himself 🤣

The idea that trump running the USA (badly) again won't affect any other countries is very naive.
Then again, there seems to be a particular type of modern imbecile that thinks the least qualified person should get a political post for exactly that reason. Any skill or experience is seen as a negative because it implies they've been tainted by the system.
I wonder if they think that when they go to the dentist or take their car in for a service?

Biden is a blast. Not tainted.
Obama put him there along with a compliant, corrupt system of RepsDems, Corps and media.
No skill. Trump started doing something with Korea that no one else could. They're now siding with Russia and China in a big way.
Great job Biden.

The problem here is not one or two individuals like Trump or Biden, but the system. It's gone rogue.

I see you still have faith Tuz. Good for you.

But I think you're making some of this up. I've never heard anyone say I want the least qualified person to be in charge.

They might talk about wanting someone new. Someone who talks about things they care about and offers solutions.
Or someone who might have other useful skills other than being a career politician and not much else. I think here it's an evaluation of skill and experience.

What you're ignoring is people knowing that if you don't do something very different, you'll end up with similar results.

Okay, I'll be silly now:

You mentioned Hitler. I would imagine by 1945 he was a very experienced politician.
You didn't mention Stalin, but again, by the time he copped it, he must have known just how all of the political systems worked in his country. A very experienced man.

But who the fuck would have wanted to stick with the status quo with those two? 🤣

Regi, you hear it all the time over here from the right both, politicians and ordinary folk (sorry but it's true). And to be honest, Gove said the same thing a while back in the uk. They don't want 'experts' because intelligent people can shine a light on their nefarious doings. They've had enough of experts and this nebulous blob they call 'the elite'. Of course the financial elite backing all of this have played a masterful hand and shifted the blame to the educational elite, as if it's all their fault.

1924 beer hall putsch failed, hitler goes to jail but is let out early and not banned from office, and by 1933 he's chancellor, by 1945 he's killed 6 million jews. Maybe if he'd rotted in jail those 6 million people would be alive ....

and yes, that last bit is very silly.

As you see it, 'the elite' are 'experts'.
But the 'financial elite' have realised that 'the people' don't want 'the experts' and they have shifted 'the blame'.... (I think you mean the negative focus of 'the people').... on to 'the educational elite'.

the financial elite have created a straw bogeyman of the educational elite, that the daily mail/sun readers etc can focus their hate on, so the financial elite can continue raping the planet and exploiting the system for their own continued benefit without interference.
