Apparently 2 Blue cards will be shown a Red and a Blue followed by a Yellow will also be shown a Red.

I read an article where Paul Merson said teams will teams who are 1 man down will time waste to run the clock down.
Also, if the team who are 1 man down (or more) score or get a free kick they could waste quite a bit of time celebrating or lining up a wall.
Or... will they put a clock on the 10 minutes sin bin time so if the ball is out of play the clock stops.
Similar to VAR no thought just more shambolic decisions from FIFA/EUFA

I totally agree with everything above. There’s nothing wrong with the rules of football, so they need to stop tinkering with them and instead look at the underlying causes of the issues they are trying to solve, most of which could be fixed by better officiating and the much more effective use of technology.

They do this in Sunday League. It cuts down the swearing at the ref, but that’s about all. And yes, the 10 men time waste, of course they do.
Saw a bloke get sent off from the sin bin one week cos he carried on mouthing.
