Tonights game

What Plymouth lacked in quality they more than made up in effort, fight, desire and belief which sadly we showed none of!
We were up against a team managed by a Director of Football who knew how we would play, had a game plan ( as did Millwall and Bristol) that he didnt have to change for the whole 90 mins because we have a manager who refuses to change his own game plan
The writing was on the wall early in the season when he told us to go and watch another team if we wanted front foot attacking football and more recently saying while he is here he will not change his ways.
He then came out with the bizzare comments this week about Cannon that he would score in another team but he couldn't pick him as we have too many good strikers!
He then tonight picks Daka who has zero confidence and missed two very good chances and did little else
His lack of experience at managing at this level is now costing us points in the business part of the season.
I've seen enough, if he cant win this League with the talent at his disposal we have got a problem, regardless of what League we are in next season we cant carry on with such a stubborn manager who is so one dimensional with his " its my way or the high way attitude"
Those 1700 who went tonight deserved so much better, that performance on the pitch and in the dug out was not acceptable !!

I personally don't see how it's possible to recover from this.
Nobody from the manager to the players can cope with the pressure and psychologically they are too damaged from the huge lead that they've bottled.
