Vardy for England had the same problem as strikers who came to Leicester city. He was always going to play second fiddle to Harry Kane.

Been magnificent.
I can't think what more you could want from a player.
A brilliant story and a pleasure to watch him in a Leicester shirt.
It will be a long time before we ever see anything like him again.
We may eventually get someone as good, but the likelihood of another player staying around for as long as him is most unlikely.

Could have played up front together at times I always thought, England could’ve finished Croatia off in the 2018 semi-final if he’d come on earlier. Both on the city subs bench at Watford five years before that.
