have you noticed that its a certain political leaning that seems to think they are brighter than the rest of us and criticise and correct everything everyone else does and says, yet these are the people who never seem to offer anything to society except their arrogant advise.

Why not? Is there a problem with this? Anyone who thinks 'BLM' demeans them, or thinks their place in society is lower as a result, really hasn't grasped things.

The OP originally talked about taking the knee.
Taking the kneee is to protest the appalling treatment of black people at the hands of white police in the USA.
Because even an idiot can't argue against the logic of that, a whole load of other less serious reverse grievances have been raised in the thread to suggest white suppression, and white victimhood, as if that somehow invalidates BLM.

I worked at british shoe, when the IT dept was sold off to a French firm.
we were told by a director there was nothing to worry about.
I was lucky and stayed on, but oads of my mates got the sack and were replaced by French employees who were not as good as those they replaced.
Do i hate all French people because of that, no.
Do i think French people should be barred from jobs because of it, no.

Initial one was 1980. First proper job in Leicester with a printers. Worked for a straight up Londoner who sold it to an Asian family so he could go home. They promised to keep us all on but locked the doors the following day and goonered all of us.
More recent 2016- £25b corporate with their new Diversity policy and He for she mantra. (Look it up as it’s a very real thing) 80 mainly white guys cooted and changed out for BAME and women who had never been in the industry. New Asian lady president lasted 2 years before almost running the UK into the ground, Asian VP who was a complete balloon lasted 2.5 years and the lovely lady who got my role lasted 6 months before they realised she knew faack all as well.
