Police warn of "major operational impact" when the UK loses access to EU crime databases in January.

Still at least we'll be able to stop all those foreign criminals from coming into the country eh.

We could easily do that, but we won't as it requires a government with a backbone who puts the people of this country first.

Fishing communities are now waking up to the fact they will be finished if no deal Brexit kicks in . You couldn’t make it up .
Appa a Scottish fisherman trying to flog his prawns ( 80% sold to EU ) in the EU will now need different customs forms for every boat he unloads and tarriffs will make them 20% more expensive .
Presently forms 0, tarriffs 0 . What are the benefits of this nonsense?

In this case the EU can not catch 'our' prawns so demand and therefore prices will rise.

Or maybe they won't, it's a market, it will adjust.
Just repeating what the head of the fishing industry is saying . With respect I think I trust him to know more about fishing industry.

Fair enough, the industry will have to adapt. We have a modest sized fleet, should be plenty of fish to go round.
