Received an email from the club confirming me and wife should use existing card but asking we check there is a particular number in bottom left corner. Mine is ok but wife’s is two out. Anyone know what the significance is?

Maybe ask the people who asked you to check it?
 
Both Mrs S and I got separate emails from the Club saying the same thing and asking us to check that the code number in the email was the same as the number in bottom left hand corner of each ST card.
They both were the same on each card as in each email although Mrs S's number is one higher than mine.
Hope this makes sense.

Thanks Soho. Wife doesn’t receive emails from the club usually as I am the one registered but I expect they have her email somewhere do we’ll wait and see
 
I got an email today, saying thanks for renewing and the fact that my seat and age band remain the same, I will use my existing card, it added that can I please check the number in the bottom left hand corner. The number did corresponded with my card.
 
Very helpful 🙄 Of course I’ve sent them an email but we all know how long it takes to get a reply (if ever).

I must admit to not understanding all the griping about reply times, etc. They always reply to me within a few hours, next day at the very slowest. The key thing is not to bother them with facile questions, I guess... :)
