Farce

That was a good game of cricket, plenty of runs scored. Same for both sides. Punishment seems totally disproportionate to the crime. No point appealing I guess, ECB have found a way of putting us in our place.

All because Surrey are in danger.
Easy target .
No investigation of Surrey and some of the games this week.
Know your place.
Before pen 2 puts his nose in FUCK OFF

[suffox]

I thought that it was just the football club that the authorities didn’t like!

[JohnMitten]

When looking at the evidence available to the public, the punishment seems very very harsh.
No point appealing, let's smash Middlesex on Sunday now, and tell the Blazers what to do with their Metro trophy..

I saw someone suggesting that we should forfeit that game in response, just to bugger up the 'exciting finale' at the top of the table. Tempting, although I'm sure the penalty would be relegation from Div2...

[borebage53]

315-7 (96)

[borebage53]

Just imagine the smug excitement of the “Blazers” as they sat around the table in the ECB boardroom at Lords and decided to impose the draconian points deduction halfway through our present game with Hampshire!

Point deduction in.

I'm sure we haven't been targeted..one bit..

Sad but we probably would have been relegated anyway. Let's look towards promotion next season.
