On a serious note how many D.E.I doctors nurses lawyers engineers should never have graduated and should never have been hired-whose cvs were never verified.?
 
He didn't even write his own resignation letter - had to resort to AI. The letter drips with self-pity and victimhood without addressing any of the numerous proven lies that he has told (and has been allowed to get away with for years).

The really sad thing is that there a genuinely talented black academics who be tainted by this whole sorry affair

This thread is really funny. People are being called racist for pointing out that people were being called racist for calling him out as he is black instead of actually condemning the lying twat.

Arday is clearly an under qualified Professor. He has been promoted well above his level of competence. His consistent exaggeration and inaccurate record of achievements is an embarrassment to him and those that have given him positions.

I've looked up the representation and there are 1.13% black University Professors against a 4% black population.

This under-representation is the problem. Because it exists, some will use what is called positive action in order to try to redress the imbalance.

But using positive action only works if the person is good enough to do the job through merit.

Promotion for quotas never works. In fact, I'd argue that it's counter-productive. As on this case.

Under-represented groups need to be supported to excel, not put into roles they are incapable of.

Taking pleasure from people being out out of a job. what a delight you are. I hope doesn't claim any benefits at any time or he will be labelled as a scrounger by some.

Care to comment on the subject instead of childish remarks.

We all know you celebrated the death of Ann Widdercombe like you did with Charlie Kirk.Sure you are disappointed that Tommy wasn't cooked by the muslims sadly think.it's only a matter of time

I didn't celebrate Charlie Kirk's death either, I just asked if what happened could be considered ironic given his views on gun ownership .
