Possibly, but I think the reason Nelson didn't start on Tuesday was because Maresca plans to start him on Saturday. That would follow the pattern of the previous games when Vestergaard was unavailable. I thought Coady was excellent against Bournemouth, but I'm not sure Maresca will change his original plan to play Nelson.

I thought he played Coady on Tuesday so he could play him on Saturday fresh from having a game under his belt.

But won't at all surprised if what you describe occurs.
