Top tune Rodney. As an aside I recently listened to an episode of 'Soul Music' on Radio 4 (worth a listen as a wide variety of people, famous or otherwise, talk about what a particular piece of music(of all genres) means to them - there's a large archive on catch up) about 'SOTCD' (written about Syd Barrett as any fule kno). Paul Gascoigne's sister was on talking very articulately about how much it had meant to her son who had serious mental health issues and eventually committed suicide. Very sad and moving.Around 8.44 if you please
Great track - wife's a fan so saw them do it live!probably won't be popular on here
but still a great intro.
I'd love a killer Afro me. Back in the day, to paraphrase Marc Bolan, I wasn't no square with my corkscrew hair.2.33.
Curtis Mayfield written, Tom Moulton mixed & a killer Afro.
