He has to bear heavy responsibility for organising this despite the Manager’s prior warning.
I am sure that Brendan Rodgers will deal with this in his own way at the end of the season if only not to predudice the other players ambition and efforts for this season.
For me Perez and Choudhury need to be shipped out especially as this is Hamza’s second offence.
If you are club Captain it beggars belief to behave in this way.
There is no way he should be given any honary title with our club.
Say goodbye at end of season; Schmeichel should replace him and Tielemans should be team captain.
Maddison is another issue. This guy owes us big time and hopefully will have learned from his immature behaviour.
Clearly he has stuffed up any England chances he may have had.
Some will claim Brendan has been too soft but why ruin the season when you can sort out at a later stage

Foden did a lot worse whilst on duty with England, resulting in him being sent home, back in England fold now

He may have been just as guilty but Maddison was an outside pick for England and Southgate has already spoken to him once about the Cassino appearance; hence my observation

Really?
While Southgate said it was “not a great decision”, he did defend Maddison over any “unfair” coverage and was happy to bring him back into the fold.

The higher you climb, the greater are the expectations to behave and the harder you fall If you don’t.
The double standards I was referring to is shipping out some players and keeping talented two on. However, they are also seen as monetary assets on the rise so they will be forgiven.

Agree Kasper club captain.
Tielemans build next seasons team around him as Captain, by
raising funds on the three offenders.
Barnes in his favour is he was injured for West Ham, should be
fined and warned to his future actions.

Choudhury may well go this summer and Kasper may become club captain, but both were likely anyway before this incident. I'd say Schmeichel will likely remain team captain, but if Rodgers decides he wants a captain further forward then Tielemans would be a good choice.

Maddison will stay unless a ridiculous offer comes in. Perez will probably stay too. Morgan will likely still get his ambassadorial role. Barnes won't be fined - Rodgers has said that none of them will be - and will be with us next season.
 
What's the difference between club captain and team captain? Smells like wanting to give it to someone else while being too much of a pussy to take it off Kasper.

Club captain is an ambassadorial role, team captain is the leader on the pitch. While the two positions can be held by the same player, it’s very common for them to be held by different players.

But what's the point? We don't need an ambassador- let the likes of the birch do that.

While kasper is playing every week and succeeding as captain why hand an unneeded responsibility to someone who is also doing just fine without it.
 
I'm in with those that think the goalie is too far back to actively captain the team during the game.
