Spurs, Maddison
Newcastle, Barnes
Villa, Fatty
Must be many many more folks?
 
Lineker - Everton ( champions at the time)
Clarke - Leeds (champions)
McLintock - Arsenal
Shilton - Stoke ( never understood that one)
Banks - Stoke
Nish - Derby
Savage - I’m joking!

We were discussing this on here the other day but now we have a good list of players to refer to.

Joined the reformed ‘Guys and Dolls’ who went on to hit the charts again in Belgium.

And managing Rothwell Town. Nicky's career peaked when he worked with me in a........................er hmmm mundane warehouse job.
Lovely fellow, but he pissed me off when he scored at Highfield road. It was one of Cov's goals in a 2-1 win for them in the 80's. Although I remember that game more for what happened off the pitch than on it !!!
