Bought Matt Pipers book earlier in the year and it has been in the wardrobe until yesterday afternoon
started to read it whilst the Brighton Newcastle game was on, and couldn’t put it down.
Fascinating insight into what can happen when a player’s career ends, or in Matts case, get cut short by injury
I dont know what he is like as a pundit on radio Leicester as I can’t get it up here in West Yorkshire, but he comes across as someone who has been through the wars and found a purpose in life again.
Best of luck to him and his family for the future
if you haven’t read it yet, I recommend it.
plenty of “I was at that game” moments and another insight into the club during the O‘Neil and Twatlor times, and the Basset and Adams days
Anyone else on here read it yet?
