IMO it is rubbish. Don't care if it is Notts FFC or us, it cheats the fans. Surely there can be a transparent system and ongoing surveillance to tell a club when they are going to break the rules. The owners, typically foreign come in and think they can flout the system, especially where they are used to clubs in places like Greece or Italy. It is becoming so far from sport I am going down the Soho route of indifference.

You would think it would be clubs at the top of the league who broke the P & S rules. rather than clubs at the bottom.

I think there is, in the EFL at least. Might be wrong but I think it was the league telling us we are heading for a breach and instructing us to submit an action plan that upset us earlier this season.

Anyway, a 4pt deduction, possibly halved on appeal, has to be good news for us next season.

As we all know, after 2016 they were never gonna let another Leicester happen. It's there for the big clubs to get bigger & the gap to widen.
