Biden has previously called Johnson the “physical and emotional clone of Donald Trump” and allies of the new Democratic administration have been scathing about the UK prime minister.

Tommy Vietor, the former national security spokesman for Barack Obama, commenting on the prime minister’s congratulatory message to Biden, tweeted that Johnson was a “shapeshifting creep” and added: “We will never forget your racist comments about Obama and slavish devotion to Trump.”

“They do not think Boris Johnson is an ally,” a Democratic source told the Sunday Times. “They think Britain is an ally. But there will be no special relationship with Boris Johnson.”

The paper also quotes a senior US politician who is expected to take a job in Biden’s administration as saying: “If you think Joe hates him, you should hear Kamala.”

Boris can always beg forgiveness. He tried to get in with the school bully, but the adults have put him on the naughty step.

I'm sure Dominic and crew were convinced that Trump would get a second term shoe-in.

All the plans are messed up now. Going to have to behave a bit more like normal people.

This is the problem with allowing the greed merchants from big business in the 80s, to run the political side of things. They only think short-term and can't play the long game. Fingers burned...
 
Heard an interview with a guy from the FT today .He had met cummings soon after Brexit vote in 2016 . Apparently he told him the British people have no idea of the scale of damage Brexit will inflict . Stand by for a very rough decade or two for the U.K. I think more and more are realising every day the extent of the con and there will be much anger as liveliehoods are lost, businesses close , Irish terrorism returns and prices rocket .
Interesting to see how long Cummings / Johnson stay in the country now they are rumbled and exposed by the demise of Trrump . Farage was hoping to bunk off to The USA but he is now stuffed too . Strap in . It’s gonna get messy here .

The funniest news today is that Biden might make Obama UK ambassador. "The 'part-kenyan' will be sitting across the table from Johnson in meetings. That should be fun.
