Bumped into the Landlord this morning as he was putting the chairs out.

He says trades slow but he’s surviving.

Will drop in for a pint next time. When are we next midweek on the box?

I’ve been a few times. I was planning on being away this weekend if I’m not I’ll pop in on Sunday. The beer is as lovely as ever although he’s not enjoying it as much as he used to, all this table service and ensuring people are wearing their masks is hard work for him, his misses and bar staff.

Could you not have popped in later in the day yesterday Bills before heading back to Oxon?
