The Big Six take our best players. They try to unsettle our manager. They bleat about injury problems and too many games, as if we don’t have those problems too. But we keep on coming. First the Title. Then Europe. Now another Top 4 push and an FA Cup Final. Arsenal and Spurs know they can’t stop us, they know they can’t match us on the pitch. Bigger and bigger stadiums haven’t made us go away. This Super League is now the only way to keep us from knocking them off their perch for good.

This is from the son of the family who’ve ransacked well over a billion £ from one of our top clubs ( whatever we think of them). Straight into their own pockets.
What a total cock. No doubt they’ll be a pen shootout at the end of every draw, and 4x22.5min quarters to fit in more as breaks.

How will the increased financial support for the wider football pyramid work? Next to no money will be passed down their greed will ensure this is just lip service.
 
All of this is being built on the back of more financial borrowing from JP Morgan. At some point debt has to be repaid. How do they expect to do that?

presumably hoping youtube / amazon / facebook offer them a fortune for TV rights, or do their own PPV channels.
