I've always found this opinion odd, it's a public forum so anyone can reply to anyone.

When you log on it has the threads with the most recent posted at the top, if like me you have it displayed this way it's easy to reply if you want to.

I think it's thrown around by people that have an overinflated opinion of themselves, they think the world revolves around them. Odd.
