I have an easy answer to FFP

run the club so it makes a profit, no need to worry about losses over a 3 year period then.
It amazes me that clubs are owned by multi millionaires, who have obviously been running very successful companies & making massive profits. Yet they take over a football club & all logic & sense goes out of the window, like paying a tosser like Rashford 350k per week to do as he likes. It's crazy.
It can't be that difficult to work out what expenses you have for the year & just make sure that doesn't exceed your guaranteed income

I think it could be even made simpler, just give each team a set amount they can spend on transfers. then every team is on an equal footing. This would make it fair, at the moment the big boys will always be the big boys. ( if your in Europe you get extra )

I reckon at the end of the season all the players should line up against the playground wall and the managers take it in turns at picking one each until they have their team for next season.
Then weā€™d see who the best managers were

Nice one made me chuckle that. Unfortunately I'm about 55 years too old to be an apprentice

As someone who used to manage groups of apprentices I can assure you that there is no upper age limit to become an apprentice. It does help however if you claim to be dyslexic, can't be arsed to do your course work, moan constantly about the wages and have a generally shit attitude.

If you would like any more information then let me know šŸ˜
