I assumed he was talking about the senior people in Starmer's team (Gray, McSweeney etc) and perhaps senior Labour figures from the past.

Perhaps the bloke should've said that then, if that's what he meant? If they are as bad as each other as he thinks, has he even looked at the string-pullers behind Sunak?!
 
Prime Ministers are not in charge of the country...none ever have been.
You vote for your local MP anyway in a election.
My choices where I live are fucking awful.
