Following the trip to Swansea and then sharing a taxi with our favourite landlord from Bristol to Swansea we are now facing a journey to little old Leicester.
No trains direct to Leicester due to a collapsing rail in Market Harborough area so planned to go via Nuneaton. Now no trains to Nuneaton due to a lorry hitting a bridge in the Market Harborough area. Now on a train to Birmingham which hopefully goes nowhere near Market effing Harborough.
Long trip to Middlesbrough next week and was going to get 10:30 but the landlord advised joining him on the 8:30 and he will chill a few more beers for Hackney Junior but only a couple for me as I’m a lightweight. Now decided that we will join him so six hours on the lash before the game. Hope they let us in.
Be heading home on a stinking hangover unless we carry on drinking on the way back home.
