Enzo contract

I'm relaxed about this.

When he leaves it will be to a BCC and it will mean he's been successful with us and leaves us in a good place.
 
He’s done wonders so far and couldn’t be better but a little perspective perhaps:

This league is basically shite and not one team would make a dent in the premier league.

We have a long way to go and if we get promoted then the real test is to put a squad together that can compete in the premiership and that’s a totally different challenge.
 
Hopefully like pep at man city he's building a legacy and when he does leave us for bigger things the structure will all be in place and his replacement already here

It might be shite but plenty of relegated teams have disappeared without trace.

Burnley fan site were probably having the same thoughts last year, and not many BCC would touch him at the mo. Big difference championship to premier league .
 
He’s done very very well. The best thing is that not only are we well ahead of where we/ he thought we’d be after just 11 games but he can continue to develop the squad with his methodology. This wouldn’t have been possible in the PL. Look at the new Bournemouth guy. Not a win in 9 and clearly struggling as he’s a foreign manager new to the PL.
My only concern is how the ‘Enzo way’ would work with us in the PL if we go up. We won’t be dominating each game as we do now. Anyway long May this continue. That’s a problem for another day

Totally agree we have a long way to go to get a team to compete in the premiership but whatever your feelings are regarding the quality of the championship, what we are doing at present is nothing short of brilliant.
Any team in any league ( apart from Scotland obviously) doing what we are doing is remarkable.
Don’t overlook that there is plenty of shit in the premiership aswell.

I remember when we went top of the table with that cunt Twattler and people were clamouring for him to be given a 10 year contract. That would’ve cost us a fortune to rectify
I guess he signed a 3 year deal when he joined us (?) so let’s see where we are in a years time
As a few have said already, he will be off to a champions league team if he keeps us doing what we are doing no, and he will have built something that others will want to continue with 🤞
