Needed to win at home to win the Bundesliga for the first time in 10 years and blew it. Went gung ho and were 2-0 down after 25 mins. Got it back to 2-2 but too late by then to get a third. We don’t need to go mad at the start tomorrow.
 
They had major articles written about them as if they had already won it. I thought the headlines were a bit weird, given the situation. Well, Dortmund blew it, and they couldn't capitalise on their two point advantage. Bayern were hardly convincing and needed a 89th minute winner to narrowly beat Cologne 2-1 and win the title on goal difference alone. Sadly, it adds to the boredom of the Bundesliga with Bayern now having won it 11 times in a row.

Hertha BSC Berlin and Schalke are going down. Stuttgart came 16th and is facing play-offs (as described in the other thread) against 3rd placed team from 2. Bundesliga (Heidenheim or Hamburg, will be decided tomorrow).

I watched a bit of that Dortmund game.
That sea of yellow is one of the great sights in football.
