Dominic Cummings or Greg Clarke

Well Cummings is about to resign. Funny how Trump losing and Boris taking charge have all happened at the same time. The Vote Leave faction are on the way out.

Get Malcolm Tucker (Peter Capaldi) in to replace Cummings, if you don't know who I am talking about watch 'The Thick of it' on BBC iplayer. :)

Cummings was clever at election strategy, but a disaster at governing.

It was always a matter of time, before Johnson with a big Commons majority - would ditch the ERG and Cummings and try to appeal to the centre ground. Because that is his natural lair.

Biden winning has pushed the clock on this. Johnson is no longer tied to the insane Yank. Also he will have an eye on the next election and be fully aware that Starmer could trounce him, if he doesn't drop the hard-line, algorithm-led, right-wing nonsense.

The right of the Tory party are a small faction and with Brexit on the horizon; they will become a much weakened group with very little left to fight for and no electorate to appeal to.

it will be interesting to see which issue is driving the changes.
biden?
imminent deal with EU?
disquiet from his own party?

one thing is for sure, boris has always been a good judge of the mood. he's clearly realised the brexit crew have had their time.

Biden is unlikely to have any effect on the UK in the time Boris will be PM.
The deal with the EU will be debated for as long as we debated our membership, some will like it, some will loath it most won’t give a fuck and will just get on with it
The Tories are no different to all the other political parties, except perhaps a tiny bit more discreet

Can't see it ending any other way Running Fox. To some it will be a sell-out. To others it will be a relief.

Hard Brexit has just gone soft.
