Do You Still Wear A Watch?

I was thinking this when I was putting my watch back an hour this morning.
I don't even wear it anymore.
Its a smashing Omega Seamaster and I just don't wear it anymore.
Always check the phone.
Anyone else the same?

Stopped wearing one when I used to fly a lot; so many people would be getting incredibly wound up by delays, when there was absolutely faaack all anyone could do about it.

I wear a watch every day, helps me keep track and manage my schedule....looks good as well as functional

My son is 17.... I got a nice watch as a gift in the summer and offered it to him, but a Millenial who has phone in hand at all times, told me "thanks but no thanks"

How much did you pay for it and when, Soho? Those are nice watches...

Last one I had was accidently punched in the Fan Club in around 1992, sent it flying across the dance floor. Not sure how I managed between then and 2003 when I eventually succumbed to getting a mobile phone for work.

Sounds daft but I only wear mine at the weekend and joke to the missus on Friday morning that it’s nearly watch wearing time, can be a nightmare though as I’m working most Saturdays due to being so busy so I don’t wear it until the tea time, nice Tag Heuer though...

Still wear my breitling but I see no pint wearing one to be honest as like most people say I still check my phone for time.

Everyday, first thing I put in the morning and the last thing I take off before bed, Omega Seamaster, 21st birthday / graduation pressie from the folks

Wear mine (JLC Master Control) practically every day, if I don't wear it when I am out along with carrying handkerchief and wallet I feel as though there is something not quite right.

I’ve still wear an engraved Sekonda, which I got from my old woodwork teacher, on the occasion of his retirement. The same day the school governors also gave him a Golblin Cheesemaid, which you fill up at night with milk, instead of water.

Wore mine tonight in tribute to the OP, youngest sons 23rd, good few beers in the local, steak dinner with the kids at home then destroyed his tub of Haribo’s, leg cramp coming up in bed later... 😬

Still wear one everyday. It is an Omega limited edition but I dont see the point in having it and keeping it in a drawer, so only take it off at night
Bought my lad a nice Tag F1 watch for his 18th in September and he loves it, but he said he only wants to wear it on special occasions 🙄
