Talking of home form where were our fans last night. The team needed the fans to help them get them over the line but yet again our atmosphere was rubbish. Sometimes it's the fans job to get the team going especially when things aren't happening.

Simplistic rubbish tartan in which no mention of the fact that the whole season has been one of weekly firefighting.
Almost every side selected has been a makeshift, mackled together compromise.
The wonder is we are where we are in the table.
Popping up every time we lose to cry doom is easy but presents a one sided picture.
And whoever mentioned being a Championship side - some of our play has been top six stuff at times, but betrayed by our defensive
shortcomings due mainly by the positional uncertainty cause by absences

So oadlad, with our defence as you rightly say somewhat short & bodged together, was it a bit of tactical genius to not put a defensive midfielder in the actual midfield as an absolutely gimme?
The amount of times Kane came into the area where a dm would have been was a joke.
We had one available on the bench & one at right back when there was a right back on the bench.

He's had the resources to build a squad and he's overseen 13 home defeats, last season and this. He's been given a training complex that's got everything and this is what it gets us.
 
last night was the same as the Liverpool fuck up. Same shit different day. Its simple, Rodgers as blagged a career, and will continue too until the board wake up.

I'm not defending them but it can't be easy for them when your so called best midfielder is actually making runs so as not to be able to receive the ball,if you can bare it watch it back and watch youri when our defence has the ball he constantly runs so to make sure he's behind the spurs attacker and can't be passed to and when he is open he's pointing them to pass to someone else. A very strange performance from a professional footballer.
 
Around Half way through the season and we are not learning Napoli (h) Liverpool ( a) and now Spurs ( h) all three games are a mirror image of each other and one common theme
" Teams with Quality players" as said by Rogers.
I have thought for a long time that he bigs the opposition up which in turn makes the players extra nervous and gives these teams far too much respect,Kane was an example last night hardly anyone went near him he ran the show!
Rodgers has been accused in the past of creating teams that lack that killer instinct and the more games like last night only go to show its more than a coincidence.
Its a worrying trend!

l like that, if the manager is not allowed to spend anymore money, it could hopefully indicate that they don't trust him and his time is limited. Might be wishful thinking on my part, but it may be the reason.

I said a month ago that hes finished and there's is no coming back when the fans turn on you. Rodgers out !
