I wouldn't normally bother with travelling for a pre-season away friendly but I've never been to Sixfields before. Plus the FACT we're about to embark on a new era of free-flowing, endlessly exciting, taking all before us footy under Enzo I think it's right and proper I should be there in person to bear witness.

I'll see thee there pop pickers.

COME ON YOU CITY SLICKERS!!!!

Still in Cornwall on Sat, been Cobblers before

Think my goolies are still frozen to the seat from when I visited in December 2008.
If you could have a check, KP? I was about 6 rows from the touch line in the away end. It was the coldest I have ever been at a football ground.

Not being picky, but wasn't it Jan 2009,
or is my brain still frozen from then?

Yes I’m travelling up for this one. KP how come you missed the League One game?

We’ve sold out all three sides. I know there are tickets still available in their main stand for their fans, when I last looked it wasn’t even half full, I’m sure there will be a few of our lot in there. As it’s a pre season game go incognito and you’ll be fine.

Been to Sixfields once, As guest of one of my suppliers, The Cobblers lost 1-0 to Blackpool. Went to the old County Ground when it was duel purpose, went to see the County in a cup QF, can't remember which one but Andy Roberts was pelted with bananas by the Northants members

Practically a home game for you!!

Pub crawl from the station to the stadium for me.

Those driving will no doubt drop onto the pubs and restaurants around the stadium.
