If you do a bit of research and see what companies and organisations the wonderful Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation have generously given huge sums of money to, you'll have a better idea where Mr Gates is alarmingly influential, like the WHO for example.

Correct. Not gonna be done by a chip inside a vaccine though is it? One way to help would be to eradicate diseases that cause high infant mortality and poverty, maybe Polio, measles, smallpox, yellow fever. Then they wouldn't need to have so many children in order that a few may survive into adulthood.

Reuters have said it was stopped after the deaths of SEVEN girls but:
“Five were evidently unrelated to the vaccine: One girl drowned in a quarry; another died from a snake bite; two committed suicide by ingesting pesticides; and one died from complications of malaria.
