Bloody marvellous…

I thought this match was gonna be our first test in the Championship and so far i am impressed, disappointed to concede a goal, not sure about Doyle though?.
 
Stating the obvious but Mavididi is a greedy bugger. That's at least three chances he's blown by not looking up. He'll be a hell of a player when he learns to pass.

If you had posted that the ref is one of the best around I'd have agreed but sadly, though not unexpectedly, you didn't
 
Fantastic result. Southampton were so shit it was unreal & we took advantage.
That’s the big difference. Under Rodgers we had so many games where the opposition were rubbish on the day & we still wouldn’t be able to get a result.

Joyous, wasnt it? Just out score the oppo. Loved it, cant remember enjoying a game so much for yonks. We have some exciting players at this level.
 
Thought we pressed from the front very nicely and it’s a great win. If Mavididi was a bit less selfish and nacho hadn’t spooned that one on one at end we might have had 7/8
I have no idea what everyone saw in Justin tonight though. He was crap and we were shaky as a whole defensively. The big Dane held it together thankfully though.
Overall a wonderful 3 points but I’m not gonna pretend I’m seeing things that I didn’t.
I wasn’t sure McAteer would cut it at this level but he’s looked the part last 3 games.
With better decision making Mavididi could have been unreal tonight as he was a constant threat.
