All the hard work

Why, it's still firmly in our hands.

Much better performance today, hopefully we have turned the corner.

(Well, apart from Daka, he's still trying to find out where the corner actually is).

I personally think that we cannot seem to compete with the luck Ipswich have. So second place will have to be our main target. One good thing about the result tonight against Southampton, it just about puts them out the picture for Top 2.

Unfortunately I think Daka finds the corner to well.....

Agree about Ipswich. You can call getting so many last gasp winners and equalisers the result of great fighting spirit and 'bottle'. They also require plenty of good fortune. To me they have had huge chunks of luck on a regular basis this season, not least on Saturday at Blackburn with a goal that a Viccy Park keeper would be ashamed to concede, and several close crucial decisions all going against the home side.

Fortune favours the brave so if we progress on today’s performance then we should be able to claim our share of it 🤛

There are still 6 games to go for Ipswich. I get the feeling they’re in for some really bad luck. Their fighting fortitude is without question but this is game after game. Next up Delia. Serve them a dodgy lasagne please

Weren't you one of the experts assuring us all that their challenge would fade and die after Christmas?
There's plenty of teams who achieve consecutive promotions, and there's no reason whatsoever why they won't be the latest.

'bigger' teams complained about our luck in 2016...

you make your own luck by chasing, harrying, chancing a shot, being where you need to be if oppo fuck up.

Annoyingly Ipswich deserve to be exactly where they are.
