Alcohol Tolerance

Has anyone else been drinking a lot less in the past year or more, so much so that their tolerance to alcohol has dropped?

I used to be able to put away 8-10 pints no problem, now if I have 4 I’m well away.

Personally, my neighbour and binman must think I have hit the booze. I rarely had a drink at home before Covid, I always enjoyed the pub. Now the recycling bin is half full with bottles and cans every time they collect.
 
Got my first all dayer since last summer planned for next weekend. Going to have to pace it as my alcohol intake has dropped massively since lockdown.
The days of several beers before & after a game are a distant memory.
 
My tolerance for alcohol dropped after my illness in 2017, lost nearly 40lbs in weight and my taste buds were seriously affected.

These says a couple of 500ml bottles is about it. Pathetic really.

I would have had you down as a pint man!
 
I took up home brewing last year, slowing making my way through the 4 batches. Not sure if it’s kept me ‘boozing fit’ though.
